Venice

Venice is perhaps my fave place I've visited so far. Very romantic indeed, just too bad I was there with 2 other guys....

Here are some highlights of it...

Venice had absolutely the best pizza I every had eaten.... totally yummilicious.... thinking about it just makes my mouth waters... We thought that the rest of Italy will serve pizzas of the same standard, but to our disappointment when we tried those in Florence.


We got lost almost all the time....


which meant alot of walking...

We are certain this is the richest man in Venice. He does nothing except sell bird feed..... and alot of silly tourists oblige by purchasing a small packet for 1 euro...

The Doge's Palace seemed dodgy at 1st, but it totally blew us away when we went to the upper floors... And we had a great time joining in tour groups for a free guide... our 1st time doing so, but definitely not our last....


We checked roofs of Venice... it was cooling at night, with nice view... perfect for a chillout evening... chatting & refreshing ourselves with coke...


... but xt was too afraid.... claiming that "the tiles are going to break dude!"... haha... so he went back in after just 10 minutes out there....

Our 1st taste of Italian spilling their walls and ceilings with paintings at San Rocco Basilica.... and we got in for free too. It was here that Isa Gan got scolded for touching one of the paintings.... haha... itchy fingers!!



Had a really great time at Venice... but certainly hope that I be back there with more cosy company next time... haha...
